Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the Call for Proposals has opened for the 6th OGP Global Summit to be hosted by the Government of Canada from May 29-31, 2019 in Ottawa, Canada.
As we build the agenda, we invite you to submit proposals for sessions and speakers on the following priority tracks identified by OGP co-chairs, the Government of Canada and Nathaniel Heller, as well as other emerging issues aligned with open government:
- Inclusion
- Participation
- Impact
The deadline to submit proposals is February 6, 2019. To ensure that your session or speaker proposal has the best chance of being selected, please consult the Call for Proposals Guide. Proposals will be accepted in English, French, and Spanish and you can invite peers and colleagues to collaborate on your proposal. Following the review process, a draft agenda will be released in March 2019.
We look forward to receiving creative proposals to ensure the summit agenda reflects the many innovations and good practices in open government that you are helping drive in your countries.
Submit your proposal for the 6th OGP Global Summit
Registration will also be required to attend the OGP Global Summit; registration information will become available in February. For any questions regarding proposals, please email us at sessions@opengovpartnership.org.
Best wishes,
Paul
