There may be a variety of areas of interest in this new report on the data flows in Universal Credit:

Particularly of interest will be annexes 3 (fraud & error) and 5 (digital choices), with wider policy in annex 1 (depts (not) working together), 2B (pushing 20% of users to analogue channels), and 4B (covid culture of government).
