Open Data Camp UK – 1-2 July, Wolverhampton

Dear all,

the 8th Open Data Camp UK – an unconference about open data, transparency, good governance, and data wrangling – will be happening in Wolverhampton on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd July, at the Springfield Campus of the University of Wolverhampton.

All details can be found at https://www.odcamp.uk/open-data-camp-8-wolverhampton-1-2-july-2023/.

Open Data Camp UK has been previously attended by a broad community which includes open advocates, public officials (including a Permanent Secretary!), data journalists, transparency activists. It has a very good crossover with this community, and some of the OGN Steering Group current and past were involved (including myself).

The campus is only a short walk from Wolverhampton station, which is itself only a 15-20 ride from Birmingham New Street, one of the best connected stations in the country.

I hope to see many of you in Wolverhampton!
Giuseppe
