In memory of Simon Burall (1970-2024)

Hello all,

Sharing the desperately sad news of the passing of Simon Burall, who many of you will have known. Simon was director of Involve between 2009 and 2016, one of the founders of this network and an early pioneer of the open government movement.

I’m attaching here my tribute to Simon and we are collecting memories, messages and photos for a book of remembrance. If you have anything you would like to share, however big or small, please do so at this link. I know his family will appreciate it.

Really sorry to hear this. A great guy, asset to open democracy and he was so young.
