Dear all,

As you may know, #OpenGovWeek will run from 11 - 17 March. It is an opportunity for open government doers, leaders, and thinkers from around the world to come together to share ideas, discuss solutions, and commit to new levels of citizen participation in government.

In the UK this year, there are three events being organised by the Government. You are invited to participate and join the events with speakers, provide feedback and network.

- **Tues 12 March: Femenist Open Government Day** (London)
How can open government help with accelerating gender equality and closing critical gaps in information, access, and participation?

- **Weds 13 March: Transparency Day** (London)
This session will cover the current state and future actions for natural resource transparency providing an overview from the government, civil society, and private sector representatives.

- **Thurs 14 March: Participation Day** (Manchester)
During this open policymaking workshop organised by DCMS, Policy Lab, and the Scottish Government, we aim to convene people who are leading open policy projects to collectively consider further developments of their practice.
